Troubled starlet Amanda Bynes is walking a fine line these days, with her bizarre behavior and multiple run-ins with the law. For the most part we've been shrugging it off as just another misguided star... that is, until she dissed Jay-Z on Twitter! The 26-year-old former Nick star tweeted the words "Ugly face" followed by Jay's handle as well as attached a photo of Hova's mug. Ummmm... OH NO SHE DIDN'T!
