Miley Cyrus is no stranger to being known as a smoker - and we don't mean cigarettes! After all, this is the gal who got caught smoking salvia and who's openly known to her friends to enjoy the MJ. But is the 20-year-old pulling a Rihanna? An Instagram account who claims to be Miley posted a photo of the former Disney darling puffing what appears to be a blunt. Oh Miley! She took to Twitter and denies that the account is hers, but even then, it has a LOT of her personal photos. Hmmm....
