Ashlee Simpson has made quite the name for herself in the last decade - remember her 2004 show The Ashlee Simpson Show? The gorgeous songstress (and occasional actress) just turned 28 on October 3rd and has accomplished a lot: a successful music career (with a new album coming out soon!), guest spots on-screen, and an adorable son Bronx Mowgli with ex-hubby Pete Wentz.
