What Is 'Hunger Games' Heroine Katniss Everdeen Shooting At?

The movie is still months away, hitting theaters next year, but the hype is definitely building up for the highly anticipated Lionsgate flick and highly compared to Twilight The Hunger Games. Business Insider reports that Lionsgate has just released yet another teaser still from the movie, this time showing heroine Katniss Everdeen (played by Jennifer Lawrence) - who is looking as fierce as ever - showing off her skills with a bow and arrow. It makes one think: what (or who!) IS she aiming for?

If you haven't heard, the story is about a Capitol with twelve subjugated districts whose young folk are forced to participate in the annual “Hunger Games,” a fight-to-the-death live televised event. Katniss Everdeen’s little sister is chosen in the lottery to participate and Katniss volunteers to take her place. Sounds pretty thrilling! 

The full theatrical trailer is set to hit the Internet just days from now.

The film stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Stanley Tucci, Elizabeth Banks, Woody Harrelson and Toby Jones.

The Hunger Games hits theaters March 23, 2012.
