Did Miley Cyrus Get a Boob Job?

Making an appearance at Sunday's CNN Heroes 2011 event was Miley Cyrus... and her two allegedly new friends. The actress-singer-tabloid staple stepped out at the event, along with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, wearing a low cut Roberto Cavalli dress, which bared quite a bit of cleavage that no one had ever really noticed - until now. Since photos of Miley from the CNN Heroes event surfaced, so did speculation that Miley had recently gone under the knife for those puppies.

"Her breasts are very nice and round and it looks like she has had them done," said cosmetic physician Dr. Tahl Humes of Vitahl Medical Aesthetics in Colorado, who talked to Star magazine. "If you look at the volume, it appears she has had a breast augmentation.

True to form, Miley took to her Twitter to address the rumors, saying, "Thank you for the compliment but these babies are all mine. I wish they'd realize you don't have to be fake to be beautiful!"
