He had us laughing until we couldn't laugh anymore when he made his mark in the 1994 comedy, Ace Ventura: Pet Detective, which put him on the radar. Since then, Jim Carrey has had us laughing for years, starring in hilarious movies such as The Mask and Dumb & Dumber as well as showing us his more serious side in The Truman Show and Eternal Sunshine for the Spotless Mind.
