Demi Lovato Only Has Four True Friends: Who Are They?

It seems like so long ago that Demi Lovato entered a treatment facility for her personal issues, but it was actually only a year ago that she came out of it. Since then the 19-year-old inspirational entertainer has come a long way and a good portion of that is due to the support of her fans and her friends. But although the support of her fans is unconditional, Demi reveals that only four of her friends contacted her after she left her treatment facility in Chicago. What?!

“After I got out of treatment, I turned on my phone, and there were only four text messages,” she said in US Weekly. “I was like, ‘Wow!’”

We're betting that two of those good friends are her sweet BFF Selena Gomez and her tough loving, fighter friend Miley Cyrus! Who could the other two be?

Those days seem so long ago, but we can only imagine what Demi was feeling and going through. It's all about quality not quantity though... right?
