Adele Responds To Karl Lagerfeld's 'Too Fat' Comment

No one messes with Adele! The 23-year-old Grammy-nominated crooner is beloved by many. So when designer Karl Lagerfeld was caught telling Metro that he thought Adele was "a little too fat," Adele fans were in an uproar! Devoted fans took to Twitter to defend the singer. What did Adele herself have to say on the situation?

The ever-classy songstress responded to the designer's remark, telling People magazine, "I've never wanted to look like models on the cover of magazines. I represent the majority of women and I'm very proud of that."

Since the backlash of his comments, Karl has apologized, saying that his words were taken out of content. He told Metro, "I lost over 30 kilos over 10 years ago and have kept it off. I know how it feels when the press is mean you to you in regards to your appearance," he said. "Adele is a beautiful girl. She is the best. And I can't wait for her next CD."
