Is There A Baby On The Way For Justin Timberlake And Jessica Biel?

Engaged couple Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel haven't been seen together since they announced their engagement in December. On Friday, February 10th, the 31-year-old entertainer and the 29-year-old actress were spotted visiting UCLA Medical Center. After exiting the hospital, Justin was pictured intently reading a slip of paper (the contents of it is unknown) in his hand. Wonder what it says!

A friend of JT's has said that he's "never been happier" and "he knew it was the right time to propose."  It could be jumping the gun, but could it be that Justin and Jessica are expecting a baby in the near future? Only time will tell!
