Is Katy Perry Tired Of Being In The Spotlight?

With her hit songs in rotation on the radio, legions of fans, rumors of a model boyfriend plastered everywhere, and an upcoming movie set to hit theaters this summer, Katy Perry is definitely a staple in the spotlight these days! But is the 27-year-old cheeky songstress tired of being in the spotlight?

In a recent interview with Teen Vogue, Katy was quoted saying: “I’m tired of being famous already” and that fame is a “just a disgusting by-product of what I do”. Yikes!

In the same interview, she reveals that she almost landed a small part in the Oscar-winning film The Help, but unfortunately due to her recording schedule she was forced to turn it down. Bummer!
