Miley Cyrus Posts Troublesome Tweets About... Liam Hemsworth?

Miley Cyrus is no stranger to putting her personal thoughts on the Internet. The 19-year-old former Disney starlet has been known to cause quite the commotion, especially on Twitter. Previously, she's had to deal with breakup and eating disorder rumors due to tweets she's posted. Lately, Miley's been posting some troubling tweets, causing talk of a shaky relationship with fiance Liam Hemsworth.

The tweets in question started on September 13th, when she tweeted:  “Why do I torture myself and what ps I love you. ahhhhhh. I have got to pull it together.”

Most recently, on October 10, she posted, “I’ve got some serious thinking to do….#decisions,” followed by a re-tweet, saying, “Honesty is the way to go.” 

Could these tweets be a sign that there is trouble in paradise between Miley and Liam? If that's the case, it's not the first time things have been shaky between the on-again, off-again couple: Miley deleted her Twitter profile all together in 2009 allegedly after Liam had asked her to.
