Katy Perry And John Mayer Step Out As A Couple In Ugly Christmas Sweaters

If you're as clueless as we are on the "Are they-or-aren't they?" front when it comes to Katy Perry and on-again, off-again hookup John Mayer, here's the clarification: they most certainly are! The unofficial couple all but confirmed rumors of their relationship status last night, stepping out for the first time together in NYC. Joining John's father, the couple dined at Sardi's before heading over to the premiere of the holiday-appropriate Broadway show, A Christmas Story: The Musical. 

For not being an official couple, Katy and John looked awfully cozy together! Donning ugly Christmas sweaters, the duo got in the holiday spirit by taking photos with the show's cast and creators - and even Santa. Interestingly enough, this is the first time they've attended a red carpet event together since they reportedly started dating on and off this summer.
