Darren Criss Talks About 'Glee' Spin-off

It's hard to believe that Darren Criss has only been on Glee just this last season - with the amount of love that loyal fans have shown, you'd think it was longer! Darren fans, listen up: there is a big possibility of a spin-off for Darren's character Blaine! 

Darren made a quick stop to the Oxygen upfront presentation in New York this week, long enough to chat and give a heads up about the possibility of his spin-off, Access Hollywood says.

"Hey, I'm just happy to be invited to the party," Darren said. "A spin-off, whatever they want, I'm happy where I am."

Though the spinoff is only a hopeful speculation at this point, Darren says he's most definitely in if they do ever decide to take on the project.

"I think Blaine serves a really cool function in the grander scheme of 'Glee,' so I don't think we need to focus particularly -- you know, but if they want to do it, hey, I'm down! Whatever they want," he said.

But for now, a Darren-only show will have to wait and take the back burner to give way to two projects: singing on the Warblers-only album and being himself on the new reality show The Glee Project, which starts June 12th airing on Oxygen.
