Sean Kingston's Jet Ski Passenger Speaks On Accident

As reported earlier, over the weekend Sean Kingston was involved in a serious jet skiing accident in Miami, in which he (along with a female companion) crashed his jet ski into a bridge. The crash ended up with him in critical condition in the trauma ward.

TMZ reports that the girl friend Sean was with has come forward with new details about the accident.

Cassandra Sanchez, a longtime friend of Sean's, explains what happened Saturday night that landed them in trouble when riding the waters with friends:

"Both jet skis pulled out of the dock at the same time and we were going so fast we just blasted past them. When we turned a corner and crashed … they were so far behind us they didn't even see us crash."

Cassandra goes on to explain that Sean took them toward the direction of the bridge "REALLY fast" and as they were racing, she insisted that it was a bad idea, screaming, "We can't fit under there! Are we going to try and go under there? Sean stop!" He did at the last second, but by then it was too late. Sean lost control of the jet ski and they crashed.

The next moment was a whirlwind nightmare. Cassandra recalls waking up in the water "in pain." Their friends on the other jet ski came racing to help them. Sean was pulled from the water, but was in and out of consciousness, "coughing up blood, foam and pink stuff," and repeating the phrase "I'm hurting," over and over. A rescue boat ended up coming, taking them to shore.

Cassandra's condition, for the most part, was fine. She says that her ribs and jaw are still sore, but she's OK. But, Cassandra reveals, Sean is still hooked up to machines and has a "tube down his throat" to help his breathing. However, he is "lucid" and responsive - and with any luck, will be out of the hospital in just a few weeks!
