On-again, off-again lovebirds Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have easily become our favorite couple as of late! The 19-year-old former Disney entertainer and the 22-year-old Hunger Games actor have been heating up in the spotlight as well as in their private lives. Definitely on-again, the young couple have just delivered some pretty huge news: they're engaged! While we're very happy for them, it poses the question: Are they too young to be engaged?
